    為辦理「106年工程學院傑出及優秀青年徵選」，請於12/7(星期四)前將推薦名單及資料送至系辦劉小姐處彙整，

名額:3名

徵選對象:修業一年以上，年齡40歲以下之在學學生(曾當選者不得重複參選)，其歷年學業成績平均為70分以上、操行成績為80分以上，並在學期間具優異事蹟者(請參考傑出及優秀青年甄選辦法)。

所需表件:

        (一)個人自傳(格式自定，並附電子檔)

        (二)在學歷年學業暨操性成績單乙份

        (三)參選表乙份(空白表單可至工程學院網頁下載)
